Ingredients
- 200g Président Emmental cheese slices
- I small rye sour dough loaf - sliced
- 1 small white sour dough loaf sliced and toasted
- 1 small Cantaloupe melon cut into fine wedges to garnish
- 1 small bag of Rocket
- 1 pack Chives
- Honey to glaze bread and drizzle before serving
Preparation
Step 1
Lightly brush the slices of bread with the honey.
Step 2
Arrange the Président Emmental cheese slices on top, add the melon slices and scatter the rocket on top.
Step 3
Sprinkle with the chopped chives and drizzle with a little honey and cracked black pepper as a final flourish before serving!
