Ingredients

  • Tetragonia leaves
  • Rice paper sheets
  • 1 slice Camembert

Preparation

Step 1

Slice the Camembert into narrow strips, without removing the rind.

Step 2

Dip the rice paper sheets in a bowl of warm water one at a time.

Step 3

Lay the rice sheets on your worktop, arrange a few (washed) tetragonia leaves in the middle of each one.

Step 4

Lay a strip of cheese on top, then roll each sheet up tightly, folding over the ends.

Step 5

Serve cold accompanied by a walnut oil dressing.
