Grilled Summer Salad with peaches and Camembert

PRESIDENT CAMEMBERT GRILLED PEACH SALAD SOCIAL-AMENDED

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Président Camembert
  • 4 peaches halved destoned and cut into 8 wedges.
  • 20g dark brown Sugar.
  • 1 Tbsp Runny Honey
  • 60g Fresh Spinach
  • 100g Sugar snap peas
  • 1 Courgette
  • Dressing
  • 20g Wholegrain mustard.
  • 1 Tbsp Runny honey.
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil.

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the Président Camembert into 10 wedges. Allow to come up to room temperature.

Step 2

Mix the sugar and honey together and coat the peach wedges with the glaze.

Step 3

Lightly oil a griddle pan and heat on a high heat for approximately 2 minutes. Griddle the peach wedges for 2-3 mins on each side until golden griddle lines are visible.

Step 4

Set the peaches to one side. Shred the spinach and cut each sugar snap into three pieces. Using a potato peeler make ribbons out of the courgette.

Step 5

Mix together all the dressing ingredients and give a good shake until all the ingredients are combined.

Step 6

Take a large serving dish arrange the salad in layers, top with the peaches and Président Camembert and drizzle over the wholegrain mustard dressing. Enjoy!
