Ingredients

  • 1 Président Goat’s Milk Camembert
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 5 anchovy fillets
  • 8 capers
  • 200g stoned black olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil, table salt, ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Make your own tapenade! Finely chop the garlic.

Step 2

Put the 5 anchovy fillets, 8 capers, chopped garlic, 200g stoned olives and 3 tbsp olive oil into a food mixer and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

To make it extra special! Cut the Président goat’s cheese horizontally in two places, fill with tapenade then put them back together.
