Whipped Honey and Pistachio Dip

Ingredients

  • 200g of Président brie - allow to soften to room temperature
  • 50g pistachios - chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Runny Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Crème Fraiche
  • Mixed crackers to serve
  • Cracked black pepper to serve

Preparation

Step 1

Remove the rind and dice the Président brie, place in a food processor and blitz for a couple of minutes or until soft and creamy.

Step 2

Add in the honey, crème fraiche and 30g of the chopped pistachios and blitz for a further minute.

Step 3

Spoon into a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the remaining pistachios.

Step 4

Top your favourite crackers and sprinkle with cracked black pepper to taste!

Step 5

For a simplified and nut free version of this recipe you can make with just Président brie blitzed in the food processor and topped with honey.
